• If you have more than 5 custom designs you would like to submit, just click "Submit" the button at the bottom of the page and complete another request form.
• Unless you include special instructions for text color and font style, our design team will choose one of our standard bold fonts for you.
• When requesting a Custom Design, please keep in mind that our BeltStripes are 4.75" x 0.5" in size.  Logos or images that include very fine details, small or decorative text and gradients may not reproduce as expected.

**We recommend that you provide a high-resolution file (300+ dpi or an EPS file) when submitting your logo or any other artwork.  Low-resolution files may appear blurry or produce other unexpected results.
